Positive: The location, bedding, kitchen and bathroom were all excellent. Keyless entry is so handy!
Negative: Only minor thing was the split system wasn’t really that hot. Maybe due for a service.

Excellent.
Positive: Great location. It was handy to be able to walk into the centre of town or to the beach and botanical gardens.
Negative: Need more towel rails.
